We specialize in singles and light twins which are painted in an enclosed positive pressure booth. We use an environmentally friendly chemical stripper and primers and paints from ANAC advanced coatings.

                         Our Process

 

• Inspect aircraft

Remove flight controls & inspect

• Detail wash aircraft

• Remove all fiberglass and plastic parts

• Mechanically and hand sand fiberglass and plastic parts

• Apply 2 part Epoxy sanding primer and wet sand

• Mask all critical parts with plastic, aluminum foil and aluminum tape

• Chemically strip

• Remove inspection plates

• Hand wash with soap and then pressure wash aircraft

• Corrosion control and body work (8 hours included in price)

• Alumaprep etch and Alodine 1201 conversion

• 2 part Epoxy Corrosion primer applied within 48 hours

• Base coats applied (2 coats included in price)

• Design and N numbers applied and aircraft masked

   (flight controls may be temporarily installed)

• Accent colors applied

Flight controls balanced and reinstalled

• Required placards installed

• Aircraft detailed and inspected

Aircraft weighed on certified scales

   (New weight and balance provided)
